PART 1: DRIVEN TO NETWORK
10am – 12pm Kickstart your Driven Day by turning your conversations into opportunities. Driven To Network is structured networking designed to help you build genuine business relationships without awkward sales pitches or endless elevator pitches. Between 10am and 12pm you'll: · Meet ambitious business owners, founders and professionals · Take part in our structured networking format · Have focused Co-Driver Conversations · Hear valuable insights from our guest speaker · Build trust through quality conversations · Identify opportunities to support, collaborate and do business · Leave with practical actions and meaningful connections to follow up Then we'll break for an inclusive lunch, giving you more time to continue the conversations you've started during the morning.
PART 2: THE DRIVEN FORMULA® WORKSHOP
1pm – 5pm Now it's time to turn your attention to you, your business and the next 90 days. During this practical afternoon workshop, we'll work through the six stages of The DRIVEN Formula®: D – DETERMINATION Set your goals. Where are you now, where do you want to be in 90 days and what do you really want to achieve? R – RESILIENCE Prepare for the challenges. What could get in your way? Identify the hurdles before they happen and decide how you'll deal with them. I – INTENTION Get focused. Turn good intentions into clear priorities and make sure your time, energy and attention are focused on what matters. V – VISION See where you're going. Bring your ambitions to life and create a clear picture of what success looks like for you and your business. E – EXECUTION Build the plan. Turn your goals into practical actions, milestones and next steps so you know exactly what needs to happen. N – NURTURE Look after the person delivering the plan — YOU. Build in the space, breaks and support you need to stay on top form and keep moving forward. WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH By 5pm, you won't simply have spent a day talking about your business.
