What we collect
- Your name and email address when you book an event or join our list.
- Booking and payment details (payments are processed securely by Stripe, we do not store card details).
- Usage data via cookies/analytics, only where you have consented.
Why we collect it
- To administer your event bookings and send you confirmations and calendar invites.
- To send you our newsletter, where you have explicitly opted in.
- To understand and improve how the site is used (analytics).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies (Google Analytics) after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can decline without affecting your ability to use the site.
