Bookings & payment
Event tickets are booked through this site and paid securely via Stripe. Your place is confirmed once payment is received (or immediately for free events). You will receive a confirmation and a calendar invite by email.
Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel your place at any time using the manage-booking link in your confirmation email. For all paid events, refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Where a refund applies it is returned to your original payment method.
Conduct at events
Our events run on trust, respect and professionalism. We may decline or revoke a booking where behaviour breaches our community Code of Conduct.
Liability
We take care to run our events well but are not liable for any indirect loss arising from attendance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
